1. Services
Kainalu Builders & Maintenance provides residential renovation and construction services in Honolulu, Hawaii and surrounding areas, including flooring, bathroom remodeling, flood damage restoration, drywall, painting, and custom carpentry.
2. Estimates
All estimates provided are free of charge and valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may vary based on unforeseen site conditions discovered during the project.
3. Project Agreements
All work is formalized through a written service agreement signed by both parties before any work begins. The agreement outlines scope, timeline, and payment terms.
4. Payment
Payment terms are outlined in each individual service agreement. A deposit may be required before work begins.
5. Changes & Cancellations
Any changes to the project scope must be agreed upon in writing. Cancellations made after work has begun may be subject to fees for materials and labor already incurred.
6. Liability
Kainalu Builders & Maintenance is not liable for pre-existing conditions, hidden damage, or issues outside the agreed scope of work. We carry appropriate insurance for all projects.
